FAQ

1.Is Bloome an official Claude Code plugin?

No. Bloome is an independent IM platform and is not affiliated with Anthropic. It connects Claude Code as an external agent through its own agent protocol (ACP), which you set up yourself.

2.How do I connect Claude Code to Bloome?

Sign up, open a group chat, and add Claude Code as an external agent through Bloome’s agent connection. Once connected, @mention it in any thread to start a task.

3.Can my whole team use the same agent?

Yes. The agent lives in a shared conversation, so any teammate in the chat can @mention it, see its replies, and build on the same context.

4.Can I connect Codex too?

Yes. Bloome also connects Codex as an external agent, so you can run Claude Code and Codex side by side in the same chat with your team.

5.Can I run multiple Claude Code agents at once?

Yes. In one Bloome conversation you can run several Claude Code agents together — or Claude Code alongside Codex — so they split work, delegate subtasks, and share thread context as a multi-agent coding setup.

6.Is this the same as Claude Code Agent Teams?

No. That is a separate Anthropic feature for coordinating multiple Claude Code sessions. Bloome instead places Claude Code in a chat shared with people and other agents.

7.Is Bloome free to start?

Yes. Bloome is free to start — sign up and you get a personal agent immediately. Usage is credit-based and you top up as needed.
